Collaboration is a process of participation through which people, groups, and organizations work together to achieve desired results. – Collaboration Framework

At WIN House, our desired result is to provide safety, support, relief, and resources for abuse victims. We envision a community where women and children are safe and free from abuse and violence, both in their environments and their relationships. If you can imagine this, as we do, we welcome you to contact us to explore ways in which we can act together to make a positive
difference.

A number of barriers still exist to successfully break a cycle of domestic violence. Many women and children leaving violent situations have no one to turn to due to prolonged isolation, feelings of shame, and fear of the unknown. They also have legitimate fears of imminent harm. Positive outcomes require the participation of many and may include pro-bono services, volunteer hours, donations, or working together with WIN House to increase resource availability and access. As well, togetherwe can promote community awareness and advocate for advancement in systemic policy and legislation.

Together, we have the potential to increase our community capacity to reduce our collective tolerance for abuse and make strides toward the prevention of domestic violence. We would be very grateful if you maybe willing to explore any assistance or partnerships with us. Together, we can act.
